Beauty

 

So, i have been thinking about beauty these past days alot. It is so hard to describe to myself, let alone re-word it and and have it make sense to someone else. The best example I can think of is ...lets say water. You can describe water scientifically until you are blue in the face, but the part you can't describe, put into intelligible thought, is the beauty.

Ive also thought about how harmony relates to beauty. While showering a few minutes ago, I came up with, harmony is glue. When 2 or some group of entities/characterisitcs/traits/facts/ that are inextricable, find a way to harmonize, they achieve beauty in themselves, and also as a whole. Which has tailed me off into a tangent about people's beauty and actually if love is an effect of like beauty/ harmony between 2 people. This is getting ridic man. Im now thinking about doing my 5th year thesis on "Beauty and Architecture", which is 2 years away. That would be such a heavy topic and soooooooooo hard to execute, but it would be so worth it to succeed. Pella Prize anyone? (That's Virginia Tech's Top Architecture Prize for 5th year students)

Endnote- But, im so far away from even coming close to understanding this thing, just an update on my progress.
